Because of the volume of tech support questions I receive, I can’t routinely answer all individual questions by e-mail, or consult on individual problems. I read all questions I receive, however, then select the best, most interesting, or most common to address on the site. I also often take a week or longer to get to submitted questions because of both the backlog and the fact that I have lots of other active projects.

Please enter your correct email address! I often respond via email, and it’s quite frustrating to answer your query just to have the message bounce. I’m not going to spam you, trust me. Really. The subject of the reply email will normally be ‘Re: [JKG.in] Contact from your_name‘ and will be sent by me.
